Most items in the Roon’s Gallery Gift Shop are produced and shipped through a third-party printing service, Printify. These items are print-on-demand to the buyer’s specifications (size, color, etc.). They cannot be resold. All sales are final.

Neither Printify nor Roon’s Gallery are liable for errors made in purchasing a print-on-demand product (i.e. choosing the wrong size, color, etc.). No returns will be accepted and no refunds will be granted.

In cases of a damaged product or manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or refund (to your Printify balance). You must contact Printify’s merchant support team within 30 days of product delivery.

No refunds are permissible on commissions. In the event of cancellation, any deposits or partial payments made will not be refunded.
